Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to promote health and alleviate various ailments.
The insertion of needles may stimulate nerve endings, triggering the release of endorphins (natural painkillers), serotonin (a neurotransmitter associated with mood), and other substances that can help regulate various physiological functions.
Acupuncture can stimulate connective tissue, causing a cascade of biochemical and biomechanical responses. This stimulation may affect local blood flow, reduce inflammation, and influence the body's healing processes.
The World Health Organization states that Acupuncture can help treat many disorders including: Asthma, Allergies, Headaches/Migraines, Digestive issues, Menstrual and Fertility issues and Mental Health disorders like Anxiety, Depression and Stress.

The primary goal of massage therapy is to reduce pain, relieve stress, improve circulation, promote relaxation, and enhance the body's ability to heal itself.

Reiki healing is a form of energy healing that is based on the belief that a universal energy flows through all living things and that this energy can be harnessed to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
Reiki practitioners channel this universal life force energy into a person by using their hands. The energy is said to flow through the practitioner to the recipient, helping to balance their energy and remove blockages that may be causing physical or emotional distress.
During a Reiki session, the recipient lies fully clothed on a massage table while the practitioner places their hands gently on or just above the body in a series of specific positions. These positions correspond to different parts of the body or energy centers (chakras). The practitioner may also use light touch or work without direct contact, depending on the method being used.
Reiki sessions are often deeply relaxing. The energy is believed to help balance the body’s energy, reduce stress, relieve pain, and promote emotional and mental well-being.
